Hello Beautiful Soul

You find me in a beautiful part of the world. This week I am writing to you from the mountains of Northern California. I am taking part in a training within a beautiful community of lightworkers.

As a further extension of respect for myself and my process, I am turning things on their head this week. As the saying goes – a picture tells a thousand words – and so I invite you to join me on this most magical journey by immersing yourself in the energy and vibration of the photographs I am sharing.

An invitation to expand your more subtle senses, and most of all, to trust how you feel. A beautiful and simple way to practice tuning in to the subtle realms and to re-member that you know more than you think you do.

The deep unrelenting peace of being immersed in nature.

The centre where I am staying is named after the healing waters on the property. A rare and sacred confluence of a white and red spring, which represent the Divine masculine and the Divine feminine as is found at the base of Glastonbury Tor.

For anyone interested in crystallography, Dr Masaru Emoto visited the waters here in 2009 as part of his ongoing research.

Welcome to the Mountain. This is Mount Shasta. A place that I first visited last summer. Somewhere I had always wanted to come as a kid. It's a highly charged place and there are many stories and mythologies associated with it.

I do hope you enJoYed getting a deeper flavour and an energetic feel for where I am right now. It's a truly special place and it feels like such a blessing to be able to share it with you.
