Hola Beautiful Soul
I was surprised to find that I literally have no photos to share this week. An indication of the other things that I have been doing. Was your week noticeably different in some way?
As most of you probably know, I am an intuitive first and foremost. So much so, everything I do is guided from within. And as we each learn to follow the guidance we receive, we find that our landscape on the outside will effortlessly change.
If you are currently feeling any inner discomfort or disquietude, I invite you to be open to your inner guidance. For this is one of the ways that your inner world communicates with you, that something needs to change.
Yet how do you do that if you don’t know where to begin?
Did you know that meditation’s real design is to allow us to receive? To receive our own inner wisdom as well as that of the Divine. If meditation is not your thing, or you haven’t yet found a version that suits you, there are other things that you can do. Here’s a couple for you.
Be still. How often do you take the time to deliberately be still? To purposefully do nothing at all. If you are always on the go, then this one’s especially for you. The invitation is simply to be present with yourself. Even for 2 minutes. I invite you to sit still and breathe.
As you practice this more and more it will become easier. And you might very well be surprised what else transpires…
The other very simple thing you can do, particularly if you are an overthinker, is be open to the power of journalling. This is the opportunity to literally get out of your head by transferring what’s rattling round and round your mind on to the page.
I have found through my own personal practice, as well as working with clients, that the most effective tools are always simple ones. When we find something that is easy to do, and easy to re-member, we are much more likely to follow through. To continue utilising whatever it is to support ourselves.
Isn’t it interesting how often we forget? Let this be your re-minder to return to the tools and the practices that support you. And most importantly that you enJoY.
Blessèd Be.
