Hello Beautiful Soul
Today there is determination. There is a strength rising up that hasn’t been there for a couple of days. Maybe all week. A re-minder of my resilience. The resilience that is inherent within me that has been born out of so many things. My lifetime to date. And probably many others too. It is the recognition of the old adage that this too shall pass. That truly nothing remains the same. And as much as we can feel anything from anxious to downright desperate in any given moment, it doesn’t usually last. Unless we are experiencing depression. And I get it. I’ve been there too.
One of the many things that I have recognised through travelling is how there is a constant invitation to grow. For you are constantly walking into the unknown. Constantly walking into what you don’t know. People, places, spaces. All unknown quantities. And even when we return to places that hold at least some sense of familiarity they have changed since we were last there. As have we.
This is the re-minder to be ever present to the need to treat ourselves gently. No matter where we are in the world. No matter how seemingly static or moving our environment may be – nothing remains the same.
If we choose to look at ourselves and our lives through this lens, we realise that we are doing the best we can. We are always doing the best we can. Even if it doesn’t feel like it. Especially then. For even when we are at a low ebb we may well be positively impacting the world, and the energetic field, through our presence.
We often negate who we are. Measuring ourselves against markers that are not ours. That have been handed down to us. Within our families. Within our culture. Or a religion that we have been immersed in. Yet who are you really?
A Divine being. A spark of God. Or whatever name you are comfortable giving the all that is. Your mere presence on this Earth a living breathing example of miracles. Or miraculousness. Of bravery and courage, to have chosen to be here at this time. To step into the Earth school at a time of great change. Of great transition. And to be a part of that transition. To play your part in this change.
For this is what we are here to do. Whether we are conscious of it or not. Whether we were taught this through our traditional schooling or not.
You will know if this resonates with you, for you will feel it in your Soul. You will sense that this means something to you. Even if it makes no sense to your mind.
And this can often be a way our intuition shows up. Subtly. Gently. Not shouting or making a fuss. A simple feeling. A knowing. When something feels right or good for us, even if it makes no logical sense, it invariably is.
I invite you to notice these feelings, these sensations, more and more. For as you do they will naturally grow. And as you become accustomed to noticing them, they will also help you navigate your world in easier and easier ways. Instead of doubting and second guessing yourself you will recognise the feeling that says yes, this way, this is the way to go. Or you will simply know.
Blessèd Be.
